In this post, you'll find out what are the places you may visit in KL for a 3 days 2 night getaway. This trip was planned in a hurry (less than a week before departing) as Ms. Jess wanna get out of Singapore due to her stressful & demanding work load & since my birthday is coming soon, might as well celebrate it overseas.

We girls were looking at a luxury trip. Best transport, Best accommodation & Best food. If you do intend to leave your hometown for KL on a trip like ours, you may like to try these out.

ODYSSEY coach service

ODYSSEY serves only SING - KL & KL - SING. I would say you may consider ODYSSEY as a BUISNESS CLASS coach service with a real reasonable price. Why do i say so? Read on & you'll understand...

It's Cindy who introduced ODYSSEY to me as she was going for the trip on the same day as us with her friends. We got our ticket online paying just RM256 / person which is around S$120 with meal serve onboard. ODYSSEY is meant to serve the high end districts in KL ( similar to our sixth ave ).

As it was my first time taking ODYSSEY, I didnt expect much for what i would be looking forward to onboard. I thought it would just be like any others coach which they call it VIP class / FIRST class. My mindset changed the moment I stepped up the coach. It was well maintained, clean, spacious & it give you a comfy + cosy feeling as the lights onboard are those soft orange kind. OMG... It feels like home to me. (My room comes with soft orange light) Wahahaha....

We settle down on our seat & started exploring the TV infront of us. It comes with English & Chinese movie. Quite a numbers of new movies. (Not sure if it's pirated or what but who cares). Anyway it comes with games as well.

Not long after choosing what I wanna watch, the attendant on board serve me a bottle of drink & a blanket. I turned to stella - " Argh, should have brought a pillow with me so i can hug ". The moment i turn back, the attendant passed me a small little pillow. Oh... So sweet... ODYDDEY is really thoughtful. They really do think from the consumer point of view.

Really Friendly staff they have. I strongly recommend you guys to travel with ODYSSEY. Meals being served onboard. Taste decent & they even heat it up for you. Desert & Tea being served after meal as well. I had Spaghetti on my way to KL & Chicken rice on my way back. But somehow, I got an overfried fish on my Spaghetti (comestible) & with that i casually told stella a joke.

" Hey... Y does he serve me the black fish while you get the white one? Does tan person have to eat tan fish & fair person gets to eat fair fish? N Y is your potion bigger than mine? Don't they know fat person needs to eat more than the skinny one? Or he feel that diet is needed for me? "

She kept laughing as usually. Always feeling that I speak in a humourous way whereas I don't feel it myself.

To say, the SUITE is much more bigger than what you see in the pic. The bath room comes with another shower area & a place for you to change & somewhere to relief yourself. A long pathway to the bath room with wardrobe by the side. What I loved most was the full length mirror which acts as the door to the wardrobe & the Bath room.

After the morning swim, it's time to prepare ourself for a marvellous breakfast. Before I introduce you where to head for the best breakfast cum lunch in KL, let me show you some nice view from our suite.

Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Renaissance Hotel is just located beside Hotel Maya. Few minutes away from KLCC. This is the hotel which serve the BEST TIM SUM in kl. The restaurant is call DYNASTY located on the 2nd floor of Renaissance Hotel. Some may say it's the most expensive Tim Sum in kl but I would say it's not. Calculating the price with the current exchange rates, it's still cheaper than Singapore. I believe you'll find it worthwihle when you visit the restaurant as the ambiance is good, the serving is decent, the waitress are friendly & most importantly the food are really really nice. (I'm a spoilt brad whom is very damn choosy about what i put into my mouth) So if i were to say the Tim Sum is really nice, it means it's a not to be miss place when you visit KL. Check this out guys...

The TOP Chinese Chef of Dynasty is our friend. Chef Tan gave a warm welcome when we arrived. Introducing us what's the most popular dish as well as the special dish. You may like him to introduce you the best dish when you visit the restaurant.

But guys, bear this in mind.don't act as if you know him very well just because you get to know his name here. NO DISCOUNT will be given loh. I'm the VIP not you. Hohohoh... I greet him as 'Ah Weng' while you ppl greet him as Chef Tan. Now you know the differents??? Wahaha..

This is something new. They call it Carrot cake (Cai Tao Kueh). When we order, we thought it's deep fried carrot cake that we usually get from Singapore. But it turn out to be stir-fry carrot cake. Pork floss & bean sprout are added in to fry. Tasted abit like fried kway tiao but not exactly the same. A delicious dish which i strongly recommend. Must Try Must Try....

It's time for desert. Mango sago. It's really nice. You guys should try as well. They are not stingy with their mango loh. Not like those i got from Singapore. Sago is always more than mango. As if mango cost like birdnest. POS...

He's Ah Weng the TOP CHEF IN DYNASTY. Can you see how high up his toques is? He is so soft spoken & gentle. What a nice guy he is. Too bad, I think he's married.... If not .......................... Wahahaha. Can you figure out what's on my mind ????

So nice of Ah Weng, asked us to head back to our hotel & he will pick us up to show us around KL during his time off. Got some extra time while waiting for him so we decide to hang around the Sky lounge. Great view from there. Overseeing KLCC & KL tower.

Ah Weng brought us around showing us where to shop & which way to walk so on... Introduce us to shop at platinum shopping center which is one of the newest mall in town. But I wanted to go to the indoor theme park at berjaya time square so we headed there. Shop around before going for some thrilling rides. If you wanna get cheap clothings, Berjaya Time Square is the right place for you. So many shop selling clothes between the price of RM 20 - RM 40. It's not those old & aunty style. It's kind of the New & trendy Style. Great place to shop. As time is quite limited for us, we didn't really shop much to say. We were more excited over the theme park.

Wanna try this out after a few rides which is 'NOTHING' to us. It's peak is real high up which oversee the whole theme park. Cool....

Was not excited about this ride as it look just like any other ride that seems harmless. We were busy taking photo & i even promiss stella that I'll take a pic of the whole theme park when we are at the peak of this ride. Continue reading & you'll see how nice the whole theme park is like...

Waiting for the pic that oversee the whole theme park? Ok i think i need to explain this. I'm SORRY... It's not being taken. OMG... Even before i start explaining, I feel it's kind of disgrace to mention about it.... The moment the ride takes off, my tiny little heart was left below. I didnt bring it up i guess. The harmless ride was so damn scary. I was like " Arghhhhh... I'm scare. This is so damn Fucking scary. I don't wanna take picture anymore. I'm too scare to even move. "

An echo was heard " OMG... It's scary I'm scare too. Very very scary loh. My heart is stopping " (Stella shouted)

And it continues... " Wah Lao... Didn't you guys say this is harmless? Why is it so scary. Plsssssss.... Ask the person below to stop the ride.. I'M SO SCARE.. I'M SO SCARE.. WTF " (Jess repeated the phrase 'I'm so scare' for at least 10 times loh) keke... Thinking back it's really funny...

The moment we got down the ride, we were cursing like hell. Jess scolded us for lying to her that the ride was harmless. She do not dare to play any of thrilling ride at all thats why she feel cheated this time round for trusting us that it's harmless. Wahahaha..... We really thought it's harmless seeing it from below... Anyway it's lucky that she didn't faint on top if not how are we going to carry her back to the hotel??? Kekekeke... Anyway, this is the reason why there is no pic of the whole Theme Park. My little, tiny, mini heart is too weak... I'm timid........ Argh....... If anyone of you manage to take a pic when you are on the ride, send it to me. I'll honour you with a braveness medal. Hohohohoh.....

Enough of the ride... We headed to SUNGEI WONG plaza which is just 5 mins walk from Berjaya Time Square. It's a huge shopping center where you may find all kind of stuffs. Pricing there are slightly higher than Berjaya Time Square but if you are more into street style, You might simple love this place. At least 30% of the shop are selling street style stuffs. It's sort of like Hereen Shopping Center in Singapore. Where as Berjaya is like Far East Shopping Center. After shopping, we settle our dinner at some restaurant nearby & headed back to our hotel to prepare ourselves for the night out at ZOUK.

Headed to ZOUK just across the street. Meeting Cindy there with her friends. Just a couple of drinks & we decide to head back to our suite as Zouk in KL sucks... House music for that night with Malaysian Bengs & Lians all around. Velvet was much better i guess but as cindy's friend are under the age requirement for guys which is 25years old so we didn't go over. Asked the VJ to play a R&B song as a birthday gift for me & he asked me to go over to Velvet as it's R&B night over there... WTF... Do i look as if i don't know it's their R&B night? If not that some ppl can't go over, do you think i will ask you to play? Stupid VJ, Use ye f**king brain plssssssssss.... Or that your PEA brain alreadly kanna bust by the blasting speaker ???

KL Zouk Sucks, Service Sucks, Lighting Sucks (It's as dark as a haunted house), Ambiance Sucks.... Everything Sucks Sucks Sucks..... Don't waste your time & $$$ going there....

When we returned to our suite, we prepared the bath tube for a pao pao yu (bubble bath). It's so shiok..... I love soaking myself in the bath tube.

Always feeing good & sleepy after soaking in that pool of bubble. Turn in for a good nite sleep after the bubble bath. The next day i woke up feeling so refresh. Had the hotel breakfast & headed to chinatown. Chinatown is just like Singapore bugis street. Selling really cheap clothes (T-shirt @ RM 13 each)..... You will only get that price if you can bargain well or that you have a local to help you out... Do you think we 3 girls can bargain well? Ofcos not, it's Ah Weng who came to our rescue just before we got cheated. Wahaha.... So sweet of him.

By right he could have headed home after work but he such a nice guy that call to meet us up at chinatown to bring us around and for some nice food. Before we meet up with him, we went for massage and ...........................

FISH SPA

At first, I was reluctant to dip my leg in. It's scary when you see so many fishes coming for your feet.

Finally overcoming all fear, I gave it a try. Oh..... At first the feeling sucks. It's damn itchy loh. But after a while when i got used to it, it's quite soothing.

But guys, if you were to ask me if it's good? My advice is " Don't waste ye bloody $$$. The fish don't really eat away much of ye dead skin " It make it even rougher than before.

It's time for food again.... Guess where Ah Weng brought us to this time round..... It's My Fav Bak Kuat Teh... Malaysia Bak Kuat Teh loh... It's damn nice... My Fav trotter as well... Yummy... Blogging about it now make me crave for it... Can anyone dao bao some for me plssssssss ???

This BKT store is also a must to visit if you were to go KL. It's damn freaking cheap. It cost just $30+ for the whole meal. If you ppl did read my previous post on the BKT my friends & I had after club. The damn pot of BKT alreadly cost $35 loh & it taste like a POS. Cao... KL is really a place for Cheap Clothes + Cheap Food + Cheap Shoes .... Blur Blur Blur.... Everything is CHEAP........... I wanna go again....
